1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by N-Code Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
N-Code Studio provides software development, UI/UX design, web development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, the intellectual property rights of the custom software, designs, and code produced by N-Code Studio will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed project fees. N-Code Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our services to engage in any illegal activities, distribute malicious software, or violate the rights of any third party.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall N-Code Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Revisions to Terms
N-Code Studio reserves the right to revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
